After your final video is delivered, you may request one round of edits.
This includes:
- Removing or replacing clips
- Rearranging sequences
- Adding specific footage already captured
Please note: Music cannot be swapped during this round due to the time it takes to resync footage. If you’d like to change the music, extra editing time is billed at $79.99/hour.
Drone filming depends on weather and location. Drones cannot fly in rain, snow, or very dark conditions. Some cities (like Washington, D.C.) have restrictions or no-fly zones. As a licensed business, we follow all FAA drone regulations, so availability may vary depending on your event.
You will not be charged the $149.99 drone fee if conditions prevent drone use or your location is restricted. If your video relies on drone footage (e.g., music videos or real estate videos), you may cancel and reschedule up to 3 hours before your booking. Your deposit will be applied toward your new booking date.
- Additional Hour – $149.99/hour Extra filming time booked before the event at a discounted advance rate. Ideal if you know your event may run longer.
- Last-Minute Additional Hour – $225.99/hour Extra filming time requested on the day of the event, billed at time-and-a-half due to the schedule change.
Booking in advance saves money and guarantees full coverage without last-minute fees.
A re-edit is editing-only work done on footage already filmed. It’s perfect if you’d like adjustments to pacing, style, or clip selection. No new footage is captured during a re-edit.
- Re-Edit Only ($79.99/hr): Editing existing footage only, with no new filming.
- Reshoot + Re-Edit ($199.99/hr): Filming new footage plus re-editing your video. Travel fees will apply if the reshoot location is more than 30 miles away.
An additional location means filming in a completely different spot outside of your main site (e.g., driving from one business to another). Filming in different areas of the same property does not count.
The first 30 miles of travel are included in your package or add-on service. Anything beyond 30 miles is billed at $2.50 per mile.
Example: If the location is 45 miles away, that’s an additional $37.50 travel fee.
No. Weddings and engagements are full of key moments that cannot be missed. Since our focus must stay fully on capturing video, we do not offer photo add-ons during weddings or engagements. For businesses and non-timed events, photos can be captured alongside video without missing important details.
No. Photos are offered as an add-on to a video package and are not available for standalone purchase. You must book a video service to include or add professional photos.
The deposit secures your date and ensures no other bookings are scheduled in case you need extra hours of coverage. If you cancel, we would lose the income we had planned to earn for that day.
Payment Options:
Option 1 – Split Payment
- Half of the total, minus the deposit fee, is due on the day of the event. This can be paid via cash, check, or mobile invoice/tap pay.
- The remaining balance is due when your final video is delivered. This second payment must be completed online via mobile invoice (cash or check cannot be accepted at this stage).
Example: If your video costs $1,000 and you paid a 10% deposit ($100), you would pay $450 on the day of the event and $450 after your video is delivered.
Option 2 – Full Payment Upfront
- You may pay the full balance (minus the deposit fee) on the day of the event using cash, check, or mobile invoice. Note:
- If you wish to pay the entire amount in cash or check, it must be paid in full on the day of the event. - For split payments, only the first half can be made in cash or check; the final balance must be completed online.
Yes! The deposit is 10% of your total video package and is applied directly to your final balance.
Example: For a $1,000 video package, the deposit would be $100.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the video’s length, complexity, and our seasonal workload. Expedited delivery guarantees your video within one week and prioritizes your project. If we fail to meet this deadline, your expedited fee will be fully refunded.
If your event runs longer than your booked package allows and you would like us to continue filming, please inform us immediately. Additional time will be billed at our Last-Minute Hourly Rate.
No, we prioritize authentic, professional-quality audio. AI voices lack the natural warmth and emotion that bring your video to life. All voiceovers are recorded by Madeline using professional microphones for a polished, personal touch.

No, video packages cannot be changed after booking. However, you may add additional services up to one day before your event.
Raw footage is not included in standard packages, but it can be purchased separately. Please contact us for pricing.
Prices for standard video packages are not negotiable. Custom video projects may be eligible for negotiation depending on the scope and requirements.
Discounts are available in certain situations:
- Christian ministries—either a 10% discount is applied or 10% of your video cost will be donated to your cause. - Monthly promotional discounts.
